SPONSORSHIP AREAS
WHAT YOUR BUSINESS CAN SUPPORT
Team Uniforms & Apparel
Help fund coordinated uniforms and performance apparel so team members can represent Simons with pride. Sponsor patches or logo placements may be available on selected garments, subject to approved designs and production requirements.
Transportation
Help the team get to performances and events. Support may include funding toward transportation costs or an in-kind partnership with a qualified transportation provider. Individual-event and broader travel partnerships can be discussed.
Instruments & Equipment
Help support the purchase, repair, or replacement of instruments and essential performance equipment. Businesses may contribute funding, approved equipment, or relevant professional services based on current team needs.
Performance & Event Support
Help cover agreed expenses associated with a particular team appearance or event. Recognition opportunities depend on the event, available space, and organizer permissions.
Community Support
Contribute toward an approved team priority without sponsoring an entire category. Businesses, families, and community organizations are welcome to discuss a contribution that fits their budget.

Depending on the agreement, recognition may include:
Specific placements, posting frequency, and sponsorship periods will be outlined in your agreement. An invoice and written agreement listing all included benefits — logo placements, social posts, and any other recognition — will be provided before any commitment is finalized.
Sponsorship packages include promotional benefits. Payments may qualify as business advertising expenses depending on the sponsor's circumstances. We do not represent payments as tax-deductible charitable donations. Please consult your tax adviser.
